The Spanish Association of Average Adjusters Seminar

On April 11, our partner Luis Alberto García participated in the conference organized by the Spanish Association of Average Adjusters with his presentation on “How to learn from a casualty? Managing the impact of technology”.

Luis was part of the cybersecurity panel discussing the civil liability implications for the sea  carrier arising from a cyberattacks.

Travel Weekly – The fight against fake gastric illness claims continues

Our partner Marie Rogers has participated in a short article published in the  UK travel industry specialized press “TRAVEL WEEKLY” commenting on the continued fight of the Spanish tourism sector and their insurers against fake gastric illness claims pursued by British tourists in Spain on all-inclusive holidays, and that whilst these claims have been considerably reduced in the last year, the sector stays vigilant.
